Products, Payments And Delivery

Products/offerings obtained via this website shall be delivered to the user within 3-5 (five) business days from receipt by FutureFi of payment from the user, subject to availabilty.

The amounts and specifications pertaining to the offerings, together with the payment mechanisms are set out on this website alongside each offering.

FutureFi subscribes to and abides by all applicable legislation as pertains to the offerings set out on the website. This includes but is not limited to the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 OF 2008 (“CPA”), the Protection Of Personal Information Act No. 4 OF 2013 (“POPIA”), the National Credit Act No. 34 OF 2005 (“NCA”) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”).

Processing of Payments and Collection

By registering with FutureFI, you accept PayFast as your agent to process payments on your behalf in accordance with your instructions, subject to the terms and restrictions of this Agreement.

You acknowledge that:

  • PayFast is not a bank and the Service you are provided with is a payment processing service rather than a banking service; and

  • PayFast is not acting as a trustee, fiduciary or escrow with respect to your funds, but is acting only as an agent and custodian.

PayFast facilitates credit card payments through the purchase of a non-redeemable voucher from PayFast which is in turn redeemed to a User (receiver) through the PayFast system against a purchase of goods or services.

PayFast reserves the right to charge the purchaser, an issuing fee per voucher for issuing and maintaining the voucher details on its systems.

PayFast is entitled to, at any time, claim back funds from a User which were deemed, or shown to be, the result of a fraudulent transaction. The User gives PayFast the right to debit the funds directly from their PayFast account or by debiting their designated bank account directly, should the funds in their PayFast account be insufficient.

In accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation, should the user conclude any transactions with FutureFi as offered on this website, either party shall be entitled to terminate the agreement entered into between them on 30 (thirty) days notice calculated from the next billing date, which is the first working day of each calendar month.
